Facility

We’ll schedule a remote installation session within a few days. To proceed, your workstations must have remote control software like TeamViewer or AnyDesk installed. Installation takes approximately 20 minutes per workstation.

While your presence is not essential, the availability of the workstations and someone to provide connection credentials is necessary for our technical team.

Technical requirements

EndoData operates on standard system configurations commonly found in most practices

Operating systems:

  • Windows : Minimum Windows 7 SP1 with .NET Framework 4.7 SP1 (or later). Ensure all Service Pack updates are installed. For .NET, download the latest version from https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework
  • MacOS : 64bit 10.10 Yosemite, which is almost all Macs released since 2010, since 32bit is extremely rare today

Hardware Requirements :

  • Disk Space : 2GB disk space for EndoData and/or ImplantoData alone, 3GB for EndoData and/or ImplantoData with Weasis (DICOMs reader), 10GB recommended. EndoData and/or ImplantoData uncompressed takes about 500MB, but there are updates to download, and Weasis also takes about 500MB.
The disk space that EndoData takes depends on your usage and in particular on the quantity and weight of the images and CBCTs recorded. 2GB is the minimum and 10GB is recommended.
  • RAM : Minimum 2GB
  • Server Requirements :
    • OS or 64-bit Windows
    • Fixed IP server

EndoData enables automatic integration of X-rays, photos, and CBCT captures, compatible with most brands and systems. For non-compatible software, manual integration via copy-paste is still possible.

Secure data

EndoData ensures that your data remains private and secure. All data is stored locally, most often on your practice’s server, with no access or copies retained by EndoData. We also recommend that users ensure they regularly perform backups, ideally in a secure cloud.

Data from online forms (corresponding forms and patient forms) are encrypted and temporarily stored on a certified healthcare data hosting cloud.
