Services included with your subscription:

• The Technical Service composed of technicians dedicated to dental practices, aware of the challenges, they are very responsive. By remotely taking control of your computer station, we effectively solve your problems. The positive opinions of our customers is our best testament to this service’s quality

• Ongoing support, from installation to mastery of the software, we provide ongoing guidance to help you make the most of EndoData and to set up a coherent organization of your activity.
  • Tutorials are available in the software to allow you to progress at your own pace.
  • Documents are available in the Forum to organize your practice and better configure EndoData.
  • Chantal, our dental assistant, is available for video sessions with you and your team to configure the software and set up a suitable workflow.
  • Small group training sessions for you and your team in person at our premises. These training sessions take place once or twice a year, contact us for upcoming dates.

Outside of subscription: We offer training sessions within your office, contact us to obtain a quote.

With our expertise in endodontics and dental practice installations, we are able to support you both in the workflow of the practice and in the installation of your specialized equipment (cameras, microscopes, CBCT, panoramic X-rays).

Software maintenance does not include hardware maintenance or reinstallation of the software.
